Ingredients

  1. 1 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
  2. 1 large egg
  3. 1/2 cup (220g) sugar
  4. 2 tsp Queen Vanilla Bean Paste

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced). Line baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Step 2

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing to combine.

  3. Step 3

    Roll into balled and place on lined baking tray 5cm apart. Use a fork to press dough balls down, rotate fork and press again to make a criss-cross pattern.

  4. Step 4

    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Allow to cool completely on tray.
