To assemble

  1. Pulp of 3 large passion fruit
  2. 500ml thickened cream
  3. 1 tsp Queen Concentrated Vanilla Extract
  4. Mixed berries, to decorate

Method - Pavlova

  1. Step 1

    Prepare Meringue & Pavlova Mix according to pack directions, adding Queen Concentrated Vanilla Extract before mixing.

Method - To assemble

  1. Step 1

    When ready to serve, whip cream and Vanilla Extract to firm peaks. Top pavlova with cream, berries and passion fruit.
