All products purchased through the online shop must be paid in full before dispatch or title to the goods passes to the customer.
- Refund and Shipping Policy for Website Orders
We will make all reasonable efforts to have the goods delivered to the customer on the date agreed between the parties as the delivery date. However, we will not be liable for late or non-delivery or any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the customer or its customers arising from late or non-delivery. The customer acknowledges that delivery does not include unloading from the carrier upon arrival at the place of delivery.
We’re happy to accept returns for an exchange or credit but not a refund unless the product is faulty. All return/exchange must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Returned products are subject to inspection.
Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.

If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
To the extent permissible by law, Dr. Oetker Queen Australia Pty Ltd will accept no claim of any kind whatsoever and the customer agrees Dr. Oetker Queen Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any claim (including without limitation physical or financial injury, loss or damage or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of the purchase, supply, storage and or use of the goods or reliance on any representations made by Dr. Oetker Queen Australia Pty Ltd, it’s agents or representatives.
