Queen Finest Vanilla Pure Vanilla Beans

Chopping board

Sharp Knife

Small bowl for vanilla seeds

Method

STEP 1

Select a vanilla bean and massage to soften.

STEP 2

Place the bean on a chopping board and split the vanilla bean in half by running a sharp knife down the length of the bean.

STEP 3

Run the knife blade down the inside of the bean to scrape out the seeds. Go over it a few times until all of the seeds have been collected.

STEP 4

Add the vanilla seeds to your recipe for a divine vanilla flavour.
