This coffee, vanilla and banana smoothie made with our NEW Queen Vanilla Extract 99% Sugar Free and Alcohol Free is a delicious way to start the day.

INGREDIENTS:
1 banana, roughly chopped and frozen
• 60ml espresso coffee (or 125ml brewed coffee)
• 1.5 tsp Queen Vanilla Extract 99% Sugar-Free and Alcohol Free
• 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
• 1 tbsp Almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
• 1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks (to serve)
• 1 tbsp roughly chopped almonds (to serve)

METHOD:
STEP 1
In a blender combine banana, espresso, vanilla, yoghurt and nut butter. Pulse a few times
until the banana pieces are distributed then blend until smooth and creamy.
STEP 2
Pour into glass, top with dark chocolate chunks and almonds, and serve immediately.
