Available in Woolworths, Mermaid Magic is the newest addition to our Flavour for Icing range. Simply add one teaspoon to your next batch of icing and transform your buttercream icing, cream cheese icing, meringue icing or royal icing into something magical – spoon licking encouraged!
Use in all types of icing, no-bake desserts, slices, biscuits and cakes, adjusting to your desired level of flavour intensity. Oh, but what does it taste like? Scales and seaweed? Of course not! This magical flavour gives your sweet treats a bright and fruity burst of grape and melon.
How to enter?
Simply jump over to our Facebook page and submit your photograph in the comments of the post pinned to the top of our page. We will contact the winner directly for full sized .jpg file and word .doc of recipe. Please note, as Mermaid Magic is only available in Australia, this competition is open to Australian residents only.

What to submit?

– Light, bright and delicious! Turn up the appetite appeal – we want your recipe to look delicious
– Size requirements: 300dpi, 670 x 950 min size
– Winning entry must be submitted in .jpeg format
2. Recipe:
– An original recipe (please no copies from your favourite magazine or blog) featuring Queen Limited Edition Mermaid Magic Flavour for Icing
– Submit full ingredient list and methodology
