This easy slow-cooker fudge is the perfect after school treat! A heavenly mixture of condensed milk, white chocolate, coconut, vanilla and cherries.
Method

Step 1
Place butter, chocolate, condensed milk and vanilla extract into a slow cooker on low setting. Stir every 15 minutes for 1 and a half hours until mixture comes away from the sides slightly.

Step 2
Add coconut, cherries and food colouring until desired colour is achieved.

Step 3
Tip mixture into a tin lined with baking paper and chill to set.

Step 4
Slice with warm knife or shaped cookie cutters to serve.
