  1. 60g dark chocolate
  2. ½ cup (125ml) thickened cream
  3. 2 teaspoons Queen Organic Vanilla Bean Paste
  4. 2 cups (500ml) milk
  5. 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate chip ice cream


  1. Step 1

    Combine chocolate and cream in a small saucepan and heat over a medium low heat, stirring continual-ly till the chocolate has melted. Add vanilla bean paste and stir to combine then remove from heat and set aside to cool.

  2. Step 2

    Place the chocolate sauce (reserving 2 tablespoons to serve) in a large cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice and the milk and shake vigorously till the mixture is well combined and frothy.

  3. Step 3

    Pour into two glasses and top each iced chocolate with a scoop of ice cream and a tablespoon of the drizzled chocolate sauce.
