Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (375ml) fresh lemon juice (you will need approx. 8 lemons)
- 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
- 3 tsp Queen Natural Rosewater Essence
- 6 cups (1.5L) icy cold mineral water
- Ice cubes, to serve
- Fresh edible rose petals, to serve
- Fresh mint sprigs, to serve

Step 1
Put lemon juice, sugar and rosewater essence into a large jug. Stir with a wooden spoon until sugar is dissolved. Add cold mineral water, ice cubes, rose petals and mint sprigs.
