- 12 thick beef or pork sausages
- 1/4 cup (60ml/80g)Queen Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- Rosemary sprigs, to garnish
Combine maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl, set aside.
Grill or bbq sausages until almost cooked, then transfer to a frying pan in batches and add 1-2 tbsp maple mustard sauce to pan. Cook until sausages form a sticky glaze and serve immediately.
