- Pork and maple syrup are best friends when it comes to dinner time - simply grill &; serve with salad or roasted veggies!
- Pork cutlets or fillets
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp Queen Pure Maple Syrup
Rub salt and pepper into pork cutlets. Heat frying pan and when hot, spray with cooking spray. Seal pork until golden, then reduce heat and cook until desired doneness is achieved.
When pork is almost cooked through, combine Maple Syrup and olive oil, then pour over pork in pan. Allow to caramelise then remove from heat. Serve immediately with salad or roasted vegetables.
