This orange, cumin and chilli spiced hummus is fantastic served with flatbread or veggie sticks. Give it a try for your next party!

  1. 400g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  2. 1/2 cup (125ml/g) thick Greek yoghurt
  3. 2 1/2 tsp Queen Natural Orange Extract
  4. 2 tsp ground cumin
  5. 1 tsp ground coriander
  6. 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  7. 1/4 tsp dried chilli flakes


  1. Step 1

    Place chickpeas, yoghurt, Orange Extract, cumin, coriander, salt and chilli flakes into a food processor and process until a smooth thick mixture forms. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
