This berry vanilla smoothie recipe is simple, sweet, delicious and just the ticket to kick everything into gear first thing in the morning. Combining your choice of frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries all work amazingly) with shredded coconut, passionfruit, banana and Greek yoghurt, not to mention our Vanilla Bean Paste — which takes this smoothie from nice to amazing in an instant. This smoothie is perfect for breakfasts on the go or as an afternoon snack! This smoothie recipe serves one, just double the ingredients for two serves!

Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  2. 1 passionfruit
  3. 100g Greek yoghurt
  4. 3/4 cup (95g) frozen mixed berries or berry of your choice
  5. 1 small banana, chopped and frozen
  6. 1 tsp Queen Organic Vanilla Bean Paste

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.
