With no dairy, and no funky ingredients, these raw peppermint chocolates are the perfect thing to treat yourself with – maybe as a cheeky midnight snack!

  1. 1/2 cup (125ml) coconut oil, melted
  2. 1/4 cup (30g) cacao (or cocoa)
  3. 2 tbsp (40ml) Queen Pure Maple Syrup
  4. 2 tsp Queen Natural Peppermint Extract
  5. Desiccated coconut for decoration


  1. Step 1

    Line two 12-hole mini muffin tins with 15 paper cases.

  2. Step 2

    Use a whisk to combine all the ingredients in a small jug. Divide the mixture between the cases and sprinkle with coconut then refrigerate until serving.
