- 1/2 cup (125ml) coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup (30g) cacao (or cocoa)
- 2 tbsp (40ml) Queen Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Queen Natural Peppermint Extract
- Desiccated coconut for decoration
Line two 12-hole mini muffin tins with 15 paper cases.
Use a whisk to combine all the ingredients in a small jug. Divide the mixture between the cases and sprinkle with coconut then refrigerate until serving.
