Queen Gelatine is a versatile setting agent used in a wide variety of sweet and savoury recipes. It is ideal for use in jellies, homemade ice cream, mousses and no-bake cheesecakes. to form a smooth texture which is not sticky or brittle (remove). Each pack contains 3 individual 12g sachets of powdered gelatine – each sachet is sufficient to set 500ml (two cups) of liquid.

Tips: always add gelatine to liquid, not the other way around. Never allow gelatine mixture to boil.
