Maple glazed sausages

These, sticky, smoky sausages are absolutely gorgeous, and very simple to make. Perfect with a pile of mashed potatoes and some steamed greens.

Ingredients

  1. 12 thick beef or pork sausages
  2. 1/4 cup Queen Pure Maple Syrup
  3. 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  4. Rosemary sprigs, to garnish

Method

  1. Step 1

    Combine maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl, set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Grill or bbq sausages until almost cooked, then transfer to a frying pan in batches and add 1-2 tbsp maple mustard sauce to pan. Cook until sausages form a sticky glaze and serve immediately.
