- 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
- 2 tbsp Queen Pure Maple Syrup
Place the nuts and maple syrup in a medium saucepan and heat, stirring, over medium heat, until the nuts are completely coated in syrup and start to crystallise (there is no more liquid syrup in the pan).
Spread the nuts out onto a sheet of baking paper to allow to cool.
When the maple coated macadamia nuts are cool and no longer sticky, serve or transfer to an air-tight container.
