- 400g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 cup thick Greek yoghurt
- 2 1/2 tsp Queen Natural Orange Extract
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- 1/4 tsp dried chilli flakes
Place chickpeas, yoghurt, Orange Extract, cumin, coriander, salt and chilli flakes into a food processor and process until a smooth thick mixture forms. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
