Choc Chip Skillet Cookie

The method to eating this is simple. Pick a few of your favourite friends, hand them a spoon and gather around the table (or sofa) to dive into this dessert with abandon. You’ll love its warm molten chocolate bits, soft chewy biscuit and crunchy edges. It’s a hot comforting cookie without the portion control!

Banana, Pecan & Caramel Waffles

Pull out the old waffle maker or borrow one from a friend – you can thank us later. These light toasty vanilla waffles are the perfect base for the power trio of creamy caramel, banana and toasted pecans. Not a banana fan? Apples or pears are a great alternative too!

Make a double batch of these glorious waffles and enjoy some for breakfast the next day.

Gooey Maple Custard Cake

Like the skillet cookie, this cake is best eaten with a spoon. Break it up and serve in deep bowls with a scoop of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Ugg boots and snuggies are the perfect partners to this gooey, warming treat – it’s the ultimate in comfort food!

Molten Chocolate and Salted Caramel Tarts

Two words: face plant. That’s exactly what you’ll want to do with these incredible tarts. They’re crunchy, chewy, sticky, sweet and salty all at once. With so much going on, all they call for is a simple dollop of cream and you’re ready to impress your most fickle of taste-testers.
